    Default Whatcha Gettin 3/22/17

    New comics.

    DC Comics

    Teen Titans #6
    The Flash #19

    Marvel Comics

    Iron Fist #1

It's a small but good week for me, looking forward to a new issue of The Flash from DC, as well as the first issue to Marvel's Iron Fist. As for this week's question, what is your favorite cartoon based off of a comic book property?

Nothing this week, but I've just started re-reading the entire Civil War storyline. I've got pretty much every Marvel mega event from then until present day stuffs and am going to plow my way through at a leisurely pace.

Only really said all that so I could answer the question

X-Men Animated Series. That show was amazing to me when it first aired. Still love it today. Wolverine and the X-Men is my runner up; so pissed they never made a season two of that show.

    Batgirl
    Deathstroke
    Doom Patrol
    Flash
Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps
    Teen Titans
    Wonder Woman

    Optimus Prime
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

    Elektra
    Rocket Raccoon
    Unworthy Thor

Loving DC so much right now, even Justice League has been improving, Deathstroke and Doom Patrol is all goodness (added in IDW's TMNT and it's too sweet). Plus Teen Titans is worth reading again. Have a brief reprieve from shitty art on the Flash, but that'll be short lived.

Justice League/Unlimited I feel is the most perfect comic book show ever. Had Earth's Mightiest Heroes been granted a proper run it may have surpassed it, but as it is, JL/U reigns supreme.

This is a really hard question but I think I have to give the nod to Teen Titans. Hard to not pick either JL/JLU, BTAS or XTAS though as I think these were all damn near perfect shows. Spectacular Spidey was fantastic too.

Some great choices, but going with XTAS for me. I was at a great age when it came out, around 10 I think? Followed through with it, even if watching cartoons wasn't cool when you were a teenager . What about you @Lony?

    IRON FIST #1

That's it! Wasn't going to pick up Iron Fist, but I'm hyped about the show, and generally enjoy Brisson's writing. So let's give it a chance.

@Foos, X-Men: The Animated Series was all kinds of awesome, I love the series, and happen to own it on DVD, however, having said that, I gotta go with Spider-Man: The Animated Series, just because this is where my love for the Spider-Man character started.

Gotta respect a show that was able to last that long while not only being great (the crossover episode with the X-Men blew my mind as a kid) but also without him actually punching anyone.

My favorite cartoon growing up was X:men evolution. It was what got me into all the superhero stuff and I feel its a very underrated show.
