I cannot wait for Nioh to arrive. I've never played through a Dark Souls style of game, and after playing the Beta, Nioh truly wet my appetite. What weapon did everyone specialise in? I primarily used the axe during my run-through, but I'll switch to a sword so I'm more numble.

I think the biggest game on that list is Horizon Zero Dawn. It's been pegged as an instant classic on the PS4 and after seeing more footage of the game it's easy to see why. So I'm going to gauge interest here, what game do you think will be better received? Breath of the Wild or Horizon Zero Dawn? Personally I'd play it safe and stick with Zelda...but I really hope Horizon gives it a run for it's money.

One game I wasn't aware of until I looked through the list was Torment: Tides of Numenera. This was crowd-funded years and years ago and is finally making it's way to PC and home console. I never played the original Torment, but I'm aware of it's status. Again, I've never played through an isometric western rpg. Even a series as famous as Diablo is completely foreign to me, so depending on the response, this could be something I pick up down the line.

Sleeper Hit: Deformers. Anyone seen the trailer? This looks like a crazy multiplayer game with the same creative energy as Splatoon.

Might get Yoshi's Wooly World in the future.......

But this month for me is all about NiOh as Horizon: Zero Dawn is a Feb 28th game but essentially that will be my March fix until the last hoorah Dark Souls 3 DLC comes out later that month.

I played the Alpha, Beta and Last Chance Demo and got all the add-ons for clearing them. This game is going to be fantastic, I have to say I used a little of each weapon per run. I am glad they made the weapon durability so much better as not many remember but the weapons withered down in the Alpha far too easily. I used weapons from the dual katanas to the spear to the axe(Probably my favorite) to the hammer

    Currently Playing:
Persona 5(PS4), Donkey Kong Country 3(New 3DS), Gex: Enter The Gecko(PS3) Rocket League(PS4)

Nioh and Horizon Zero Dawn the only games I'm definitely going to buy this month. Most know that I'm hyped for Horizon, and can't see it letting me down. It is rare for me to already preorder a game this early. Nioh is one I'm debating about getting day one. The trailers have sold me on it, but it comes down to me buying an Apple Watch a few days and not sure if I should treat myself again or not. I still have the Unchartered collection to get along with finishing DS3. The Souls influence is strong from what I can tell. That's not a bad thing as it looks like there's more than enough to differentiate itself from being called a clone.

Yeah, this month is all about Nioh and Horizon. Both should be amazing and I will be getting both

I just downloaded Fire Emblem Heroes. Yesterday it was not coming in the app store for me. I'll check it out in a bit to see how it is.

Maybe Nioh at launch, if I can finish Yakuza 0 soon enough (On chapter 14, really liking it)

But after that, definitely nothing this month. Will wait for a sale later in the year for Halo Wars 2 and Horizon, and Torment will have to wait.

Zelda, Mass Effect, and Persona all release close to one another, I have no time for anything else.

Both Nioh and Horizon are pretty much tied on my anticipation list, if Horizon delivers, it's yet another feather in the quickly accumulating PS4 exclusive cap.

If I had to choose the one I'm more hyped for, I'd probably say Zero Dawn, just intrigued as hell by that one. Though I already know from the test plays I'm gonna love Nioh.
