Whomever wins, the country loses.
After a campaign that has left a lot of us exhausted, a nation goes to the polls. The choices are Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The campaigning is all done. Any and all news, stories and experiences while voting are in here.
It's time to see which way America votes in what is a very important election, i've honestly never seen America so divided, nor been so tired of a campaign. Campaign thread is closed, election thread is here.
A ton and a half of credit to Rad for this superb artwork

I woke up at 530 so I can be at the polls as soon as they open.
America, this is our chance. This is the moment. The once in a lifetime opportunity for us to save this country. This is our opportunity to give this country it's set of balls back. Vote for Trump.
TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP!
I voted last week so nothing to do but twiddle my thumbs and wait for results. We're sending the kid to grandmas because election night is too exciting to have a three year old tyrant screaming about Doc McStuffins.
Probably have to leave in a few and try and get to the polls before work, it's a long day given the site is at my old school, which makes for the longer walk since no chance I would drive all the way to another borough for work. Sucks.
Dark Souls III DLC: The Ringed City(XB1), Donkey Kong Country 3(New 3DS), Rocket League(PS4)
Don't fuck it America.
Went with my Mom to cast our votes just now. It's gonna be a long day.
Prediction: Hillary takes NC and Florida and this is all over by 9pm ET. She clears 300 and Trump shouts 'bullshit.' Most of the media ignores him after a few days and begins to focus on his upcoming legal battles.
Voted a week ago, so don't have to deal with the lines and non-sense today.
But I will say, I picked a hell of a week to start a new nutrition plan. Seems like tonight would be a great night to drink
Here's to 5% for Libertarians! Would be a great start at changing how politics go in the future.
THIS AWWWWWWESOME BANNER MADE BY SPIKE
I'M BACK BAYBAY!!!
Got my vote on. Now to relax at work for the next few hours.
Now you're on the field callin' me an asshole, 'Cause I roped up your body like a lasso
And I could be just like Mr. HK, runnin' cause a melee
Bring my team a W, I'm poppin' shots like Pele
Updated 9 mins ago now. Still has her slightly up in both states as well as NH.
I'm not saying this is going to happen but only a few days ago you could have said Trump was a lock in either state. Pretty big swing. It's the difference between Clinton barely getting over 270 and clearing 300.
I just voted.
I am also giving an hour and a half presentation in my grad class tonight. I'll be driving home while the election announcements are being made. So I will probably put my phone on airplane mode, pop a sleeping pill, and just view the results when I wake up tomorrow morning.
My heart aches for this country.
I'm OH. Haven't decided if I'll vote or not. Both my parents are gonna vote Trump, so I'm debating if I want to take away one and give it to Hillary so he's only leading by 1 instead of 2.
I think she wins Florida and that decides it early. The Hispanic early vote doubling in Florida is a bad sign for Trump, even if Cubans might be more pro-Republican in general they are also first or second generation immigrants typically...
Voted for Clinton. Now comes the ten hours of dread.
I begrudgingly voted for Hilldog this morning. Threw in a vote for Kai Degner for Congress, but my district is red and he doesn't have a shot in hell of winning.
Line wasn't bad, didn't run into problems. It was a happy morning.
How are republicans suppressing black voters? I don't understand what that means.
That was 3 months ago. Then recently they bragged about how well the suppression is working: https://www.google.ca/amp/m.huffpost...0b02cbc5b2/amp
That has nothing to do with the Republicans, bro. Did you sincerely think African Americans were going to go out of their way to vote for Hillary Clinton like they did for Barack Obama? We already discussed the racial reasons as to why they went out and voted for Obama in record breaking numbers. They're not going to do the same for someone they know can't relate to them. Someone who has called them super predators. As a matter of fact, the racist movement of BLM was outside of the Clinton building in Harlem shouting they're NOT with her, because they wouldn't let them in their building.
This is the last day we get to have these ugly conversations, so let's not try and say BS on the final day too. We know which group is the most racist and it's not either party.
Eric Trump posted his ballot on twitter showing that he voted for his father which is illegal. He deleted the tweet, but obviously that doesn't erase it.
