All I'm saying if they were super dedicated they'd have all the main ones "leaked" on set to avoid spoilers.

And if a billion to one odds they actually had the stones to kill Daryl and not have him get even with Dwight... I'd quote your posts forever and rub it in your stupid face!

Just saw the uncensored bluray version of the Negan scene on Youtube. Basically just added fuck/fucking a bunch of times. Honestly I prefer the original TV edit. I guess less is more. Kinda like the unrated stuff from Dumb and Dumber.

Right hand has several meanings. The popular choices for victims are Glenn, Daryl and Abe. All could make a claim as being Rick's right hand man at some point. Plus Negan could use the ax to do what the Governor did to Rick's right hand in the RV.

I hope that when they finally end the series that it does not end with Rick waking up in the hospital and realizing that it was all a dream. That would suck.

Just a reminder: the question in the first post is "who gets killed to start the season", by Negan. If someone else dies later on in the episode (by Negan or not), it doesn't count towards this vbookie

Ya know....I'm going to say Abraham, it's the safe choice. But if they really want Negan to be the biggest heel in TV history....it's Maggie, while sparing Glenn to live with the effects.

Not a real big fan of this show but I caught a few episodes last night and this morning during their marathon they've had going this weekend, got drawn into it and couldn't stop watching. Not bad not bad.

Don't know if we should be tagging anything as spoiler since it isn't in the topic name so ill tag stuff just to be safe and polite. I think we could all use some polite right now.. Or better yet, a big hug.

Now we know why they filmed them all.
    Spoiler
That was one fucked up episode. That first half almost felt like what I imagine watching torture porn is like. Awful.
I still don't think I've totally processed that episode yet. Negan(Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is so sadistic and vile you already can't wait for revenge. He(the actor) played this role so brilliantly it's hard to see him as anything but Negan now. However, the joy he takes in his actions early on does seem a little out of place for the show which isn't a bad thing at all for his character - but when he got serious you truly felt the evil pouring out of him. This season could be amazing if the showrunners play it right. Negan is certainly no governer. He is so much worse.
I agree Jeffrey should already be considered for an Emmy after that performance. I can't remember the last time a TV show pulled so much anger towards a character from me. I usually watch a show fairly disengaged from getting riled up because its just a show. This was different. It dug deep and planted roots in my anger.

Never seen a basic cable tv show get so gruesome. Negan is already up there with best villains ever. Pretty much impossible to avoid a pun in this situation, but Negan absolutely nailed it. JDM deserves all the credit in the world.

And Rick's snot bubble was fantastic. Really sold the moment.

When it opened up with the "sneak peek" scene I was a tad annoyed thinking they were gonna prolong things. Dammit was my reaction when it was Abe. There were theories that he was gonna do it to more than one person since when he dragged Rick he mentioned "those that are left" and you knew it was coming after Daryl did what he did (thanks dude...) but man I thought it wouldn't go down like that. Powerful episode.

Missed it live, but just finished it. What the fuck just happened?! So much sadness and negativity. I didn't think I would care after the way they screwed us with the previous season finale, but shit.

I gotta say, that was much more gruesome than I thought it would be. Really intense episode, one of the most shattering of the entire series. Though I think that considering what happened, the cliffhanger made less sense, they could have shattered people in both the finale and the premier, it would have been entirely unexpected, still surprising, but would have been more so if they hadn't ended on a cliffhanger.

Not the greatest of ideas to start my Monday morning off by watching TWD. It's completely bummed me out. All of the feels. Glenn was my favourite since episode one, and while the writing has been on the wall for a long time it was still hard to take, especially after he killed Abraham firstly. That was such a badass death, I pooped for his line and then couldn't help but pop to Negan's reaction to it.

Negan is rightly getting props, but I thought Rick's performance was definitely on an equal footing. Amazing work by both actors - I really hope they get Emmy recognition at the end of it all.

All in all, that gruesome series of events was certainly worth the wait. Negan can "suck my nuts".

I think we should pay out on both, to be honest. That's just me, though.

I still can't get over how brilliant the writing was last night. How Negan kills Glenn with no poetic finish, no music, just a bat to the head like he's just a regular person and nobody special...because to Negan that's exactly what he is. The scene with Rick and Carl was tied to religion, the story of Abraham and Isaac, which means that Negan is their God.

Steven Yeun put it amazingly well last night too, and it applied to both he and Abraham, that they both died how the character lived. Abraham was defiant and the crazy bastard. Glenn was thinking of others.

This was episode was twisted as fuck, but it was absolutely brilliant. The writers and cast alike absolutely were perfect.

The vbookie clearly says who died FIRST, no matter if someone dies later. Obviously that means Abraham wins the bet. Doesn't matter to me, because I didn't bet. It's just the integrity of the game.

I don't even know if I want to watch another episode until the last two. I can't handle negativity to team Rick for a bunch of episodes. Helplessness always takes over and now Negan is more vicious then all. I just want to see the good guys win.
