    Default Vickie Guerrero leaving WWE

There is plenty of discussion about what will be taking place on Sunday night in New Orleans when the WWE invades the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. While most of the focus is on tonight’s event, the fallout over the next few days will be just as important and it appears that one notable name will be leaving the company following Wrestlemania XXX.

According to SEScoops.com, the WWE’s Vicki Guererro, who is the widow of former WWE superstar Eddie Guerrero, will be leaving the WWE to pursue another job outside of the wrestling industry.

Guerrero will be leaving the WWE on good terms, according to the report.

It is coming on almost a decade since Guerrero joined the WWE back in 2005, but everything must come to an end and if the report proves to be true then she believes now is the proper time to move on from the sport.

Although I am not a big fan of Vickie; she has provided us with some memorable moments, and performed her role's very well.

I wish her the best of luck; she may just want to spend more time with her family.

If you count when Eddie was alive; she has been on the road for many years.

The question will be who will be named General Manager of Smack Down.

Vickie has had a good, long run. I've really been impressed with her ever since she took a more limited role. As long as she wasn't showing up ten times a night with her Excuse Me! promos, she was actually very good. So she'll be missed.

It needs to be someone with experience. Someone with fresh ideas. Someone with the moves. Someone who knows how to make tag team matches and has a handpicked face for teaching heels lessons.

I mightn't be her biggest fan but she was brilliant at her job, really knew how to get heat. She certaintly made a mark.

Have the standards for the HOF dropped that low?
you wouldn´t be suggesting that if she was´t Eddie's widow.
she plays her part well, but hasn´t done anything that can be considered above average or historic in the WWE.

She may have gotten the job because of her late husband but she has done more than enough to earn her place.

She's also far from average. Give the majority of the roster a mic and they wouldn't come close to receiving the reactions she gets on a consistent basis. And that's heat she's sustained for near on a decade.

    HOF career? Possibly
Average in her role? Not at all

    Thanks Heteroflexible

    In the WWE? for sure.
in the HOF? I would expect that takes more than having good heat for being annoying.

    I expect your right

However "good" heat is under selling her. She got mega heat and considerably more than just about anyone else on the roster. She didn't get it for being annoying, she got it for playing a character.

She also did a good job of transitioning that heat to others.

As a manger/on screen personality I think there's a good argument for her being in the HOF

    Thanks Heteroflexible

    Good for her.

She developed quickly and became one of the most effective heels on the roster , regardless of how she got it.

I personally think she's gotten a little stale , so happy to see her moving on on her terms and keeping the door open for a return down the line.

Vickie will be solely missed, she knew how to draw heat. Maybe her departing gift would be to announce her daughter in the diva's match or you know.... help a diva win the title, you know to get the fans on her side maybe before she goes?

Also, if they go with her leaving during the live shows this week. I can count on a AJ/Vickie match where the loser must leave WWE.
