Default Orton in trouble for calling fan out?

    - WWE officials werenít happy with the way Randy Orton called a fan out at ringside during his match with Daniel Bryan. The incident happened just before the commercial break, where Orton looked at a fan and said, ďRing the bell, are you kidding me? Itís no DQ, thereís no bell to ring.Ē He then performed offense on Bryan and pointed at the fan and said it was on him. As it was described to me, itís one thing for Orton to play a heel but another to acknowledge specific reactions in the crowd. This same observer pointed to Ortonís history at getting frustrated with crowds, noting that could have been why it was brought up afterwards.

I thought this was one of the better parts of RAW last night. To me it shows great awareness by Orton that he was able to work this fan's concerns for Daniel Bryan into the match. It's not like Orton got into an altercation with this fan or got in his face. With fans getting more vocal WWE should give more leeway to their wrestlers in how they react to the fans. Of course there's always a line that shouldn't be crossed.

Yeah this is bogus. That moment on Raw was awesome. No officials are upset.

IMO, Randy's in the clear and WWE's overreacting.

I didn't watch, but this sounds like Randy was just reacting to the crowd and doing his job.

Who in WWE would have overreacted? Usually dirt sheets are most specific unless it is BS.

Yeah, I don't believe this. If it is true, however, the higher-ups really are out of touch. That was one of the better Orton moments in recent memory, in my opinion.

Randy maybe in trouble, not for that, however for having one of the most boring title reigns in the history of prowrestling.

Yeah, if I were in charge, this is why he'd be in the doghouse.

It'd be pretty fitting if he was in trouble for his one instance of showing personality during this reign. But like others, I don't believe it.

This has to be the most pointless title reign in quite a while. I mean, atleast since Swagger, right?

I actually dig randy reacting to the crowd and I think the crowd does too. It adds life to his character that so many have called 'bland' or 'stale'. I think this is BS.

So they're angry at Orton for playing a heel and, as someone else said, actually showing personality for the first time in like 8 months- yet they blame the fans when Returning Babyface Batista flips people off and throws tantrums because he wasn't treated like a god his first night back. Makes sense.

    Can't be true.

Orton is finally showing signs of life. If he behaved more like that for the last 7 months I wouldn't have minded him as much as the Authority's champion.

"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

There is no way in hell they had a problem with that. It was classic heeling. It was actually refreshing to see. It was an unscripted moment on a heavily scripted show. Guys have to have room to improvise out there. Engaging the crowd is the nature of the business.

I haven't been a fan of his title reign, but the past few weeks he's actually turned it on. It sucks. He shows these flashes of what he can be, and then his personality goes into hiding for months until a huge buildup happens.
He's a gifted as anybody in the ring(although his moveset is starting to really get stale), but it's almost as if he refuses to be entertaining outside the ring until a couple weeks before one of the big 4 PPVs.

It's hard to tell since the camera never gives an extended shot of the crowd area where the fan yelled from, but from what I saw after watching that part several times is that the fan who yelled "ring the bell" was one of the Raw first row faithful guys that we always see in the first row of so many shows, like the "red hat guy" and the "Lesnar guy."
