With the Hell in a Cell PPV shaping up, I thought I would make a thread to discuss it. We have Cena-Rio booked which will be awesome simply for the energy in the crowd for the return of Cena. The match itself will be a fun one. Nothing more. We also have Bryan-Orton where hopefully no bullshit finishes will take place and my favorite wrestler of all time will be special ref. It makes the match even that more special.
Who else thinks we'll get a returning Kane vs. Wyatt? And Punk-Ryback 2? And maybe even HHH-Show? Those would be solid mid-card, upper mid-card bout's. Do you think it' the slighest possibility the Rock will return in his hometown? I think maybe, but probably not as that's overkill with Cena making his big return as well. WWE probably wouldn't want to overshadow it. It's looking like HIAC will be a solid show, making up for the last two sub-par PPV's. I was reading on the dirtsheets that WWE is really looking to stack the card due to wanting to win their PPV fanbase back after the last two finishes at Night of Champions and Battleground. I'll be in the house in two and a half weeks so I'm glad they'll be making it up to the fans.....right here in Miami, FL. I had to pull a Mick Foley. haha. It just feels bigger than the average PPV, beside the big four. Hell in a Cell match. HBK refereeing. Maybe a legitimate Bryan win celebrating with his mentor afterwards in a feel good moment for the history books. HHH possibly wrestling. Cena's big return.
What do you guys think about the card so far and the direction they are heading? I think we're in for a treat.
