    Default Battleground PPV betting thread

Hey everyone, sorry this month's game is going up so late. This semester of school has been seriously hardcore. But on the bright side, as I prepare for midterms I have become something of an expert on ancient Greek literature (sounds fun to you I'm sure) so if anyone needs a lesson in Greek lit I'm the man to ask. Anyway, on to the game. Hopefully all scoring issues have been fixed and are correct now.

    Rules

    1. This is for fun only, there is obviously no real money changing hands
    2. Each player/forum member that wishes to play is welcome to do so
    3. Each player will start with $100. Each member will be given an additional $100 before each PPV, which now means new players are always welcome to join in
    4. Odds are as basic as I could make them, in all whole numbers. Payouts are in simple denominations also.
---1/1 odds mean if you bet $100, the payout is $100, 2/1 odds means $100 pays out $200, 3/1 $100 bet pays $300, and etc
    5. You can bet in any whole number dollar amount you wish
    6. You can bet on as many or as few of the matches as you wish, Place a lot on one match, or spread it out among all matches
    7. You do not have to bet all your money. Bet as little or as much as you want
    8. I encourage you to keep track of your winnings, but I will also keep a running tally which will be updated after every PPV
    9. Very important rule here. Your bet MUST be placed and forum timestamped by 7:30 PM EST on the Sunday of the PPV
    9. Other important rule. You may only bet one time. So please make sure you are sure you bet the correct amount.
    10. If you bet money you do not have, your entire bet will be voided so make sure you know how much money you have to spend
    11. If you do not play in three consecutive ppv betting threads, I will no longer list your money total in order to keep the list of players as short as possible
    12. When posting your bets, be sure to make you post easy to understand. State the match and the dollar amount you are betting for each bet.
    13. Lastly, any suggestions on how to make this more fun, easier, whatever are always welcome

Just to be clear, the message below was sent to me by one of our players, StefanG. I am posting his bets for him, but just so everyone can see there is no cheating I have pasted his ENTIRE message below.

    Bets for StefanG

    Hello, mate,
I'm not sure I'll be able to check out the forum tomorrow and on Sunday and post my Battleground predictions. Since a Battleground Betting Thread still doesn't exist, I'd like to "place" my bets here via personal message. Obviously I don't know the odds...

I think I must have 9000 $ into my account after the last ppv.
So - 4500 $ on Dolph Ziggler to win via pinfall/submission against Damien Sandow.
and 4500 $ on Curtis Axel to defend his IC via pinfall/submission against R-Truth.

I apologize for any inconveniences caused.
    Cheers.

Sadly I was away all weekend so didn't have the opportunity to make a bet. I guess I could have PMed in advance as Stefan did, but I wasn't so forward-thinking. Oh well.
