I don't think both of these things can happen.
One ryback's gonna win the title with the shield interfering which would be good for shadowing or Cena will just retain and overcome the odds.
I mean one will lol.
Ryback winning the title by interference would be too flukey for him. I know he's a heel but his booking has just been too lackluster - it wouldn't feel right to have him have a flukey title win especially following months of constant main event losses.
It's too early for Cena to drop the belt, so once again they have themselves in a situation where Ryback can't win.
Something tells me they'll want to drag this out for some reason. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a redux of HHH/HBK where neither man answers the ten count.

Ryback winning? Against Cena just getting the title back?
In what is, for all intents and purposes, Cena's Specialty Match, Last Man Standing?
I mean, sure...it COULD happen. But it is highly unlikely.
So, either Cena retains or Ryback wins? I haven't thought of either of these possibilities before.
I think at the end of it all, The Shield will jump both and then Cena will probably make it to his feet first just barely. Or as Oncall said, a draw.
I'm thinking Ryback wins and they play up he's a paper champ because Cena was injured,Ryback squashes the shit out of everybody until the rematch at Payback.
Cena retains more than likely. Then again, with Ryback having better matches with Bryan and Jericho and his heel turn, it kinda looks like they might be getting behind him a bit. Or not. I would rather him win just for the change. Cena reign #13 does nothing for me really.
Ryback should hit a diving Shell Shock off of the stage and through whatever crap they usually have just off the side for major spots. Neither man makes the 10 count. A big spot would make up for the disappointment of a draw in the main event. They could also go with The Shield attacking both, but that might be too cheap of an ending for the PPV.
It's pretty clear what's happening, and it has nothing to do with Ryback winning. Now granted, I don't even think I want him to win the title anymore. It's the only way I would care less than Cena.
But it's pretty clear Cena is retaining, I can't think of one reason they'd take the belt off of him one PPV after his "redemption". Luckily this PPV has a couple other bright spots to it.
One thing is sure to me...Extreme Rules will be the night of the Shield!
Or they could muck it up and add a surprise run-in a la Batista Powerbombing the HELL out of both of them...thus no clean win and they keep the feud going.
Meanwhile, ol Dave can start up a fued with Mark Henry...
They gotta do something with Sheamus' arse, fella. He's languishing.
