Default What ever happened to the last Tough Enough winner?

The last tough enough was pretty cool and everything and they made it seem like a big deal but we haven't even seen the winner since they announced it.. Anyone know whats going on with that?

Was it just a show for WWE or did the guy get signed?

And he sure wasn't going to go anywhere with the name Andy.

    It doesn't sell with Vince.

Let's get serious here: Andrew or GTFO. You're either serious about this business or you're not!

So glad he was more of an asset to WWE than M-Dogg20 would have been.

Last time I heard, Andy aka "Silent Rage" was still in development in FCW?

Well that wasn't his FCW name anyway, he used the ring name Kevin Hackman.

As for what happened to him. He was in FCW, then got his contract terminated so he could participate in Tough Enough. Won Tough Enough and subsequently re-signed to a developmental contract. He was later suspended for violating the wellness policy. Eventually released.

In the end, Tough Enough was a fail and a waste of time, apart from giving us a new diva in Cameron. The first one eliminated is the last one standing...very ironic. I'm still disappointed that they released Ivelisse because she could have been a top diva without a doubt (and I think she could have won TE if it wasn't for her injury, seeing as she was one of the best wrestlers on the show). But at least she's doing good things away from WWE.

His name wasn't "Andy". It was "Big Andy". That's what Austin called him anyway. Come on, it's no worse than "Big E".

I had no idea Kevin Hackman was Andy from Tough Enough, he was my WHC on my last EWR play through, he got over really quickly HA!

He sucked. He should never have won TE. Only reason he did was because he was one of the youngest there and he was the right size. Unfortunately he had no personality and that Silent Rage crap really sucked. Last thing one should be in wrestling is silent. Unfortunately the other guy in the finale was revealed to have done gay porn or something, can't remember so he didn't win. The guy who got injured, Martin should have won. Wonder why they never gave him a contract later either.

Ivelisse was better than every single guy there not named Matt Cross.

I think Martin definitely could have won if he didn't get injured. He and Ivie were definitely frontrunners on the show and could have been in the finale if it wasn't for their injuries. As for Luke, he took part in "homoerotic" wrestling matches rather than actual porn.

One of my main problems with the show, apart from the glaring issue that none of the contestants are even in WWE right now apart from Cameron, was that they put Christina and Andy on the show despite the fact that they already had developmental contracts prior to the show. It was counterproductive to release them from their contracts, put them on the show, and then re-sign them both after TE. It was obvious they were going to both be re-signed after the show ended, regardless of if either won. Those two spots could have went to two indy workers or something. Definite waste of two spots, and neither even amounted to anything or were that good.

You guys think the main reason why the show was even started was to make money off of Stone Cold's name?

No. The show was run because TUF was becoming more popular at the time and WWE wanted to do something similar. I doubt WWE even originated the idea though for the revival. I bet the reality production company (Shed Media) approached WWE. Problem is, like the MTV TE's, WWE didn't have as much of a say and whilst WWE got in two/three of their own people, many of the other cast members had no chance of winning (e.g. Matt Cross).

If they ever do another season, I bet it'll be for the WWE Network and they'll have much more control over it. I could see them taping it in their new Performance Centre and at the NXT Arena at Full Sail University.

^ Apparently another season is in the works at the moment. It's hard to look forward to it after the dud the latest season ended up being in the end (though I honestly did enjoy watching the show, it's just sucky that it ended up being such a waste).

Ivelise got screwed! She was not that proficient in the ring but to see Cameron in the E over Ivie is a joke! But then again, Naomie is just a dancer and not a wrestler... Up is down, left is right... cats and dogs living together!

Some of the people they picked were absolute jokes, I was so excited to see some Indy talent fight for a contract and instead we got Johnny Fairplay's wife and a guy who wasn't even in shape and they both lasted longer then the very talented Matt Cross.
