One WWE source notes that regardless of what WWE decides to do with Jack Swagger's push in the next few months, they expect the Zeb Colter character to be kept around. There's also belief that WWE will keep Dutch Mantell, the man behind Colter, employed in some capacity.

I'm actually more surprised Dutch hasn't been more vocal about Swagger's DUI. HE runs a foundation or something of the like because he lost a family member to a driver under the influence. Then again Dutch may want nothing to do with Swagger but was just being a professional and doing his job.

I agree with part of this.

He really is good in the ring, i'm a fan of the aggression he's showing. His mic skills are pretty piss poor to be honest.

I was pretty excited to see him get another shot, however since the DUI and weed incident, Swagger can go fuck himself. Any support i was willing to give him has been pissed away at this point.

Great in ring talent, bad choices.

His athleticism lends itself to a LOT of potential. I'm not ignorant to that. But the guy has been around a long time and hasn't improved one iota for me. He has no star power, no draw to him in the ring, no 'charisma'. His mic work is absolutely awful IMO, although he didn't have a bad run when he was funnier, but the way he sounds will NEVER fit this current gimmick.

His ring work is completely unremarkable, it's just pure athleticism and that's really not for me. Where is his crowd work? His heat? His ability to work a match and really work a crowd?

I don't see it, but Dutch Mantell and Jim Ross and ten times the wrestling men that I am, so who am I to disagree.

not a terrible idea but I don't think Titus needs a manager and he doesn't need racism to get cheap heat. I see Managers used for people who can't cut promo's without help.
