Why because its never happened other than in the chamber a few years ago with Y2J pinning him for the championship?
This could be a great match

I can't remember Jericho winning a big match, it's so far back since he did. Fans just wouldn't buy this.
They're gonna do Jericho vs Ziggler by the looks, so don't even worry about it. There's plenty of better matches for Taker than this.
i think taker should wait for wm30 to return he miss but at the same time he the expected winner and they dont have a good plot for him

Justin, spoiler tags please. It's not too much to ask.
He won a cage match against Batista on RAW a long time ago. When Jericho climbed out and won, it was a good feeling. I never liked Batista.
Y2J vs Undertaker might end up being the best match of the night. It certainly has every element required for a match of the year candidate.
There would be absolutely no suspense in that potential match. A guy that's been pinned by Heath Slater isn't going to beat Undertaker at Wrestlemania.

They COULD build Jericho up before facing Undertaker - although I doubt they have the time now. It won't happen anyway. If this match was gonna be made it would have had to have been many years ago now. Jericho will put over Dolph and probably Ryback by the sounds of things before moving on. Who knows what The Undertaker will be doing, facing Punk seems quite likely now.
We could've gotten Jericho Vs. Undertaker at Wrestlemania 26, but you can thank Michaels for putting a stop to that.
Unfortunately right now Chris is "Jobbercho" so he is no threat to Taker what so ever.

Meh.
Jericho is the guy that comes in, loses to a few guys, and then leaves. He's not a threat to anyone really let alone The Undertaker.

They'd tear the house down but I agree with what everybody else is saying, and Jericho shouldn't end the streak.
I'm fine with Punk or Cena ending it though...
"I never lost it baybay!"
I don't think Jericho would choose end the streak if it were offered to him. He's probably the most selfless wrestler in history. And calling him a jobber isn't right, IMO. He is way more than that. He makes people look good and can work with pretty much anyone to put on a great match. He reminds of Macho Man, good as a heel or face, can put on a great match with anyone, and is great on the mic. Of all the people who have claimed to be the best in the world, I think he truly is the most deserving of that title, losing or winning. I have never failed to be entertained by a Jericho match.

Who gets the rub?
Jericho should be going one on one with Ziggler and I'm not really against Taker sitting out til 30.
Thanks Heteroflexible
These two are my favorite wrestlers of all time, so naturally I'd want to see them square off one more time. At Wrestlemania would just make it more awesome. While it would no doubt be a classic, I just can't buy Jericho as a legit threat to the streak.
At this point, nobody is a legitimate threat to Taker's streak. Behind the scenes, he's the most respected guy in the company, and I don't know if anybody would want to be the one that ended it.
The masses will not buy this match at all imo and the expectation/anticipation in the match would be low. It's not that anyone right now being seen as a threat is low, but it is much more the case with Jericho who always loses.

Who is the boss? Who made wrestling? Who is sports entertainment?
WRESTLEMANIA 4 LIFE~~
Exactly. While I wouldn't mind a Taker/Jericho feud if they were both part timers, I wouldn't want it for WM. Like VM said, the masses wouldn't buy it.
