    When he was written out of the Bound for Glory series due to the A&8s attack.

    Not surprisng, as he hasn't been used well in his time in TNA. They had a chance to really make him another star, but failed like always. If NJPW doesn't take him, I'm sure either ROH or DGUSA will.

    And another one of my favorites leaves TNA. One of the most entertaining guys in WWE and TNA to never win any belt. Really thought they had big plans for him with the late 2009-earlier 2010 booking. Maybe there really was something to that realistic match with Joe when he dislocated Joe's jaw.

    He takes his knee pads off, runs full speed at his opponent, and double knee strikes them in he back (usually). If they dodge, he's basically crashing right into the turnbuckle and fucking his knees up.

    Sadly, I've expected this for a while. Pope hasn't been the same in TNA since they had him lose to AJ Styles in a match that should've made a new, legit star. The injury he suffered during/after the match really derailed his momentum. For a while, he was white hot and well on his way to the top of the company.

    Why do people take off their protective pads to do moves? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having them?
