Default Where this "apprentice" storyline with Damien Sandow might lead

    - There is talk that the current angle where Damien Sandow is looking for an apprentice may lead to someone new being called up from WWE developmental. As of a week ago, there were still plans for Sandow to be paired with Cody Rhodes when he returns in early 2013 but that could change.

Don't know how excited I am for this idea. I prefer a solo Sandow act and can accept him teaming with Cody since it would obviously be only temporary. Who would they call up from developmental that could fit the gimmick? Aiden English has the look, but I'd be more interested in seeing the former Consequences Creed - Xavier Woods. Mainly because he's actually studying for his PhD, and can fit the intellectual gimmick, but also because he's charismatic and can easily transition by himself after a while as a babyface.

Yeah obviously there will be a plant in the near future. Either he gets the third question right and becomes Damien's apprentic or he just starts beating up Sandow after provocation, immediate midcard feud for a new face.

I doubt it'll go anywhere. I don't think anyone in the WWE Universe is smart enough to answer all 3 of Damien's questions.

Wipe him down with gasoline, till his arms are hard and mean.

Xavier Woods seems like an almost too-obvious choice.

    YOU WILL COMPLY.

Brayy Wyatt? I mean they are such complete opposites that it could make a fun feud.

Damien Sandow is my favorite right now in the WWE. He's there to help the unwashed masses get out of the doldrums from their own inadequacies and shortcomings. He has World Champion written all over him. If anyone hasn't seen this please check this out:

I think it's just something for him to do 'til Cody comes back.

I don't see Xavier Woods as a possibility though I want to see him on tv soon. Maybe it could be Bo Dallas, Conor O'Brian, Kassius Ohno, Leo Kruger, Richie Steamboat or Rick Victor. I think those are better fits than Xavier.

The obvious route they'll go is make his apprentice an idiot savant or a giant guy who happens to be a genius too.

Not to poke fun, but when I saw Falcone's name, I immediately expected to read "face turn for Brad Maddox."

Actually, I think the best idea is for Sandow to get some big guy, who gets all the questions wrong, Sandow berates him as the dumbest candidate yet, The Miz comes down and makes fun of Sandow, and the big guy destroys Miz, stares down Sandow, and Sandow just quickly raises his hand and announces him as his new apprentice.

    Tripod, eh? color me intrigued......

"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

I think David Otunga would be good for that role. His wrestling has been improving and he definitely has the mic skills ant personality for it. With the whole arrogant, educated assistant gimmick he did with Big Johnny, I think he could pull it off flawlessly. Plus I always liked him and would to see him involved in an actual storyline again.

And a less serious, more comical idea: Hornswaggle could turn heel, dye his hair and beard black and become Sandow's mini-me. XD That would be awesome. lol.

^ On a semi-related note, I'd love to see Hornswoggle turn heel and break all the kids hearts.

I want to see a plant in the audience come to the ring and get the first two piece of cake questions right. Then Sandow asks him the third, complicated question. I mean something complicated. The guy gives his answer and Sandow insults him and then informs the audience of the real answer. At this point, the plant then takes the mic from a very surprised looking Sandow. The plant then corrects Sandow by explaining that Mr. Sandow is mistaken (something technical in Sandows question that he said mistakenly) an that the plants answer is actually the correct one. Sandow is utterly shocked and can't believe what just happened. The plant then says "You're welcome" drops the mic and leaves the ring. Later in the show Sandow bumps into the plant again and the two quibble over the answer. Sandow invites the plant to the show next week for his "second interview". Maybe have Sandow keep bringing the same guy out for a couple of weeks for "interviews and the guy continues to answer all three questions correctly, completely pissing Sandow off (to build a feud) or have Sandow eventually be impressed and hire the guy as his apprentice.
