Default Scorpio 'Harold' Sky no longer being scouted by WWE

According to OutSports.com, WWE are distancing themselves from Southern California-based independent wrestler Scorpio Sky after the ten-year grappling veteran posted anti-gay messages on his Twitter account.

Sky, who appeared as "Harold" in one of Daniel Bryan and Kane's anger management classes in August, wrote the word "faggot" on Twitter and attacked people who didn't like it.

A wrestling fan who argued with Sky via Twitter over his use of the anti-gay slur contacted WWE about the wrestler's language. WWE Fan Services responded: "WWE strongly believes that everyone should be treated with respect and this principle is the foundation of our anti-bullying initiative, “Be a STAR”. Mr. Andrews no longer works for WWE and we have no plans to work with him in the future."

Sky also works with Lucha VaVOOM, and the company is not happy with his anti-gay tweets. The company stated to OutSports.com, "Please rest assured that Lucha VaVOOM does not condone this language, and further, it’s important to us specify that we do not employ the character “Scorpio Sky.” The wrestler that plays “Scorpio Sky” appears sometimes, but not under that moniker, and he does not have access to speak for Lucha VaVOOM or any of his Lucha VaVOOM characters. However, we have emailed him our grievances and await his response."

One month prior to appearing for WWE, Sky competed in TNA Wrestling's X Division Championship Tournament as Mason Andrews.

Looks like Sky has pretty much shot his career in the foot. TNA won't bring him back, the flack they'd take for hiring him after this would make them avoid him.

I don't understand why he would post things like that on Twitter knowing how WWE has become such a huge ant-bullying supporter.

I don't think TNA would get too much flack about it. TNA is seemingly Teflon when it comes to bad press either because the media don't care about the smaller competitor or the fans aren't affected by the issues. It sucks to see Scorpio lose this but he has no one to blame but himself. IMO he had a better chance with an RoH, DGUSA or TNA to be a star than in WWE. I like him but I think he is a little too small for WWE.

Looks like someone needs to go back to anger management. He seemed to be doing so well in the class.

Wipe him down with gasoline, till his arms are hard and mean.
From now on boy this iron boat's your home.

Welp, he's always welcome in PWG. So there's always steady-ish pay there.

Don't think there's many Dynasty guys to retire these days...

If he goes back to PWG, expect him to immediately begin a feud with Hard Gay.

Fine. That Dino fellah, or Orlando Jordan.

He's gonna start getting booked against gay people as a joke though, that's my point. And if you think wrestling companies aren't petty enough to do that, Ultimate Warriors big comeback match was against Orlando Jordan.

Goldust is a free agent, Lenny Lane is flopping around with kids doing wrestling birthday parties, Billy Gunn is doing the indies, Chuck Palumbo is somewhere (probably working on bikes) and Alan Funk has mainly only done shows as a part of Lucha Libre USA as ChiChi, the cross-dresser. Any of them can work against Sky if you want to do that... I personally don't.
