    Default A face faction

With the Shield & 3MB as heel factions on Raw & Smackdown i think the WWE needs a face faction.

Could a faction with the following members work

    The Collective

    Ryback
    The Miz
    Swagger
    Riley

    or

    Lucha libre

    Mysterio
    Sin Cara
    Chimaera (Ricardo Rodriguez)
    or
    Hunico - (as Mistico)

The WWE kids fan base will love this faction

    or

    Tyson Kidd
    Evan Bourne
    Justin Gabriel
    Kofi Kingston

    I.H.F

    (International High Flyers)

Why on earth would Ryback associate himself with Miz, Swagger and Riley? Why would he associate himself with anyone for that matter?

A face faction is an inherently flawed concept, because a faction bails you out when things get tough. A babyface wouldn't do that.

I've thought the best pure face factions (not factions like the Horsemen, Freebirds, or D-X) are best when u have a dream team of guys battling the heels. At times they don't even have to have a faction name, but u still see them as close friends or faction. Some that stand out the most to me are the Von Erichs (at times it seemed Brody was a huge part of that, making Kevin, Kerry, David, and Bruiser an epic grouping), Superpowers-LOD, Sting-Steiners-Luger, Hogan-Savage-Sting-Luger, nWo Wolfpack, and Dudes with Attitudes in WCW.

WWE it seems doesn't really have that depth to have a dream team on those kinds of levels. The closest thing they could do is have Cena, Ryback, Orton, and Sheamus join forces. But that doesn't seem likely because they say Orton is gonna turn heel. Let's say eventually Punk, Lesnar, Heyman, and the Shield join forces. If WWE could get Rock, Taker, and HHH to join forces with Cena to battle that group that would be awesome. I know Rock, Taker, HHH, and Cena is highly unlikely due to the schedules and health situations. But the best face kind of factions were dream teams with 4-5 main event or legendary kind of stars. Those situations made War Games EPIC! I don't understand why WWE doesn't use War Games. It would be a huge money maker GUARANTEED with the right feuds and setup.

A face wouldn't bail out another face from a beatdown?

I'm talking about when a guy's getting beat down during his match, and it's obvious he's about to lose. In a stable, one of his mates bails him out. That's a heel thing.

I know what you meant, I was just saying the bail out isn't exclusive to heels.

Not sure about a stable, but I do think Miz & Riley would be good as a face alliance by themselves.
