What if you had a Hot Tube Time Machine (Very funny Movie) and you can place any superstar in any WWF/E era. What superstar would you place in what era?

I would put attitude era Bret Hart in the PG era, since he's a great wrestler but a vanilla midget on the mic
Attitude Era : Trent Barretta.
Why? Because he would have something to do.![]()
"I feel like Bender from Futurama, when they chopped off his antenna...." - Dolph Ziggler
hmm there are a few I can do...
Owen Hart from 96 and put him in today.
CM Punk in to the attitude era.
Steve Austin from 96 in today.
British Bulldog from 1992 in today.
Brodus Clay from 2011 and into the New Generation or attitude era.
Too Cool into the current era, they would be huge
Thanks to Fresh Prince
Would CM Punk receive a opportunity if he was it the attitude era? I don't think so, but I would love too see it!
Why would bulldog be a jobber?
Punk in the ATTITUDE
Cena in ROCK N WRESTLING
Orton in NEW GENERATION
Owen in PG
Perfect in PG
Rude in ATTITUDE (a better version of Val Venis)
HHH in ROCK N WRESTLING
Flair in ATTITUDE
Goldberg in PG ( better version of Ryback and Batista)
HBK in ATTITUDE
Sheamus in NEW GENERATION
I don't believe Brian Christopher ever passed a drug test that wasn't multiple choice in his life. If you take away his drugs, then he gets self conscious about the whole goofy dancing and top rope goggles pull down that could have only been created by a mind on drugs. Instead Brian Christopher is reduced to grabbing Scotty too Hotty by the hand and giving him a "worm" assist kind of like what another current 2nd generation guy does for his intellectual partner.
CM Punk, Dean Ambrose, Necro Butcher, Kevin Steen from today back to ECW from 1996-1998. Take it the other way and I think Raven and Public Enemy of ECW 1995 would have been huge in WWF in 1993. As cool as the Raven character was, he was just a few years late. He would have been huge in WWF back when the grunge era was actually popping, like in 91-94. By the time he hit ECW in 95 Grunge was starting to fizzle out.

I'd place Punk in the Attitude Era, and Austin in the current era. I think Basic Thuganomics Cena would be a good fit in the Attitude Era, if we are talking current era Cena then I'd say the Rock N Wrestling era in the 80's.
Austin would probably be Stunning Steve in this era, and still pretty fucking successful.
Cena and Punk in New Generation would be immense.
I would love to see Natayla in the New Generation or the attitude era! Her talents are wasted now. Matches with Lita, Chyna. Trish & Sable (Yes I said Sable)!
I would love to have seen Cody Rhodes in the New Generation Era. Him as "Dashing" Cody Rhodes would have really fit in that era.
surrender
I think Macho Man in PG era would be very interesting
