CM Punk made it into the top five moments in Raw history, as listed by WWE themselves.

Can we PLEASE stop saying he's still being mistreated now? Pretty please?

Wow, no mention of the Owen Hart, or Eddie Guerrero tribute shows.

"Every man's heart one day beats its final beat, his lungs breath their final breath. And if what that man did in his life, makes the blood pulse through the body of others, and makes them believe deeper in something larger than life, then his essence, his spirit, will be immortalized by the storytellers, by the loyalty, by the memory, of those who honor him and make whatever the man did live forever."

Well, I wouldn't qualify either of those as "great" moments in Raw history.

The pipebomb is definitely a top 5 moment in RAW history...

And BTW I'm the biggest Punk fan in this forum Champ, and I think Punk is no longer being mistreated in terms of booking...

How can anyone say that Punk is mistreated while he is "soon to become" the longest reigning WWE Champion in RAW history?

He may be mistreated in terms of promotions of the shows that he will appear on , but not in booking terms

Beat me to it. They may be great tributes, but the circumstances push them out for the good moments.

Before anyone says it, I'm aware the 9/11 show was number one when they did this for SD.

I'll go ahead and say those are totally different circumstances. The Eddie and Owe shows were about morning and remembrance, the Smackdown show was about defiance in the face of tragedy.

I agree with that, by the overall emotion of the show it was the same. But entirely different circumstance there. Although it was sad, there was still this overwhelming feel of patriotism of the chest beating caliber. Lillian's national anthem tears my heart out every time I watch that.

Best middle finger we could have given to the terrorists, except for building an exact replica of the twin towers.

And 15 years later, the WWE is still making tons of money from the overrated, over-the-top, tasteless attitude era that most people on this forum hated

I find in most WWE lists that if you ignore the stragetically placed recent stuff like the Pipebomb, which obviously is never worthy of being so high, then you get a pretty decent list 9 times out of 10. The Pipebomb will have greater resonance in the future if it really does get WWE to push people on raw talent and eliminate the bodybuilder fetish. Time will tell, but right now, it's much too high.

Yep, pretty bad, I agree with you. I remember when they actually showed the NWO on the Titontron for the first time and how loud I marked out as well as the guys I was watching with. It was a pretty huge deal.

This list is nothing more than a rehash of the last several "list" dvds produced by WWE. Seriously, I don't argue the moments on list, but I think almost every single one of those moments has been on another WWE DVD released in just that last couple years.
