Miz is due for a nice babyface run, he's never done it. Plus they've already been talking about it for a week or so on this main page.And Orton's been bitching and wants to go heel, he made the comment on TV the other night he didn't trust anyone on his survivor series team, then RKO'ed Miz after they won their match! It just seems like a good time to do it.

It would be good Orton is a natural heel. As was said above he is abysmal as a face, survivor series is a great time to do it and with the rko to Miz on Smackdown could be a nice feud between a heel Orton and face Miz, I reckon it would help Miz get over as a face too

I agree. I love Orton more as a heel than a face, but in my opinion he shines as an unpredictable tweener. I mean, when he goes heel, he is one of the few in WWE today that can be an actual threat and cleanly beat people like Cena or Sheamus etc. instead of being the typical cowardly heel like most others. That is if WWE lets him do his thing unlike what they did with Punk.

Exactly. The character is old now, audience started cheering for this character when he was heel because it probably seemed 'cool'. It's just the reaction that turned him from heel to face, almost everything has pretty much been the same.
Orton has been irrelevent for a long time now and a major shakeup is required to make him interesting again. A simple heel turn may get the initial reaction but it will get repetitive and stale soon enough.

Idk....but he is stale anyway so there is nothing to lose, maybe we can see something more interesting from him if he turns....

Plus, I'm not saying that he must return to the exact way he was in 2009, maybe we can see a new heel character, a heel turn associated with a character change....
