Exclamation Who's the boss in TNA?

Who the hell is in charge of this company? We have Dixie Carter, Eric Bischoff, Hulk Hogan, Jeff Jarrett and Sting. Who is the boss in the company? Because, it seems as if all of them run the company. And it annoys me. The WWE has one definitive boss, and his name is Vince McMahon. But, in TNA, you have tons of names claiming to be the bosses of the company. Everyone pulls their own decision.

Dixie Carter is President and the person that talks to people outside of the wrestling bubble, press, executives, etc. Eric Bischoff is the executive producer, who handles the TV production stuff. Hulk Hogan is GM, who does stuff on Impact.

Jeff Jarrett is a shareholder in the company and the founder. Sting is Sting.

In that aspect, they're not different most other corporations, in that they don't have an overlord.

    YOU WILL COMPLY.

It still doesn't explain anything. It stills seems like all for of them run the company, and everyone does whatever he wants.

I think that explains it pretty clearly.

Hogan handles Impact and the wrestlers. Bischoff does the TV production. Dixie is the overseer of the company at large.

So, to answer your question---Dixie Carter, but she has people that handle things for her.

    YOU WILL COMPLY.

And that fucked up chain of command is partially the reason TNA has had a severe lack of direction. Even guys that used to work there admit they sometimes weren't sure who was actually running the show.

    It's. Not. That. Complicated.

Bischoff isn't even on TV anymore. And, for the most part, neither is Dixie.

    YOU WILL COMPLY.

I didn't say it was complicated... I said it was fucked up... And, yes, there's a difference.

Bischoff is the leader of Aces & Eights Deej. It's only a matter of time before his smugness consumes us all once more.

Dixie is the boss. The reason it is hard to tell who is the real boss is because she isn't a good boss.

Dixie is the boss, the head honcho, the one who addresses the board and stockholders and etc etc etc. She appears on tv from time to time, but not every single week in the terms of like Vince was on WWE every single week. Maybe think of her as more of a Linda McMahon, in that you see her from time to time.l

Jeff Jarrett USE TO own the company, he started it, it was his baby. But he sold it to Panda (which is when Dixie took over) and now he's a wrestler in the company who happens to own shares.

Eric Bischoff hasn't been on tv in...quite awhile (and its been nice). it is RUMORED that he is the head of Aces & Eights but no one has actually seen him on tv in any role.

Hogan is the on air GM, the guy who is making the "decisions" and all that.

Sting was suppose to be the "boss" on air as well, but it seems he's taken more of a back seat and is instead wrestling. Given Hogan isn't suppose to wrestle due to back surgery, in a way it makes sense to be the veteran who has a bit of pull.

Maybe that clears things up for the OP

Panda Energy owns TNA with Dixie being the the boss of the company (TNA). Eric Bischoff has the title of executive producer in which he handles the media side of the business including Impact. Hulk Hogan is a television personality, which he serves as GM of Impact Wrestling, however he is a figure of influence in the company. Jeff Jarrett along with his father ( who is no longer associated with TNA ) is the founder of the company. He is apart of the company, but a very small part after selling the vast majority of it to Panda Energy. His influence has dwindled, but it seems that he serves as an ambassador for TNA to other promotions, here and in other countries ( Mexico, UK, Australia etc.)

Umm, NO! Everyone knows he's Angela's bitch. But regardless, Mona is the one who's really in charge.
