Why wouldn't WWE care? I know Vader could do things such as moonsaults and was probably the best big man in the history of the business, but HHH, Orton and Flair really look up to the guy and have a lot of pull and influence.

He has a legends contract and could affect his sons future. Look at Randy Savage and Ultimate Warrior. They haven't competed in years and there still on bad terms. Hell one of them has kicked the bucket and is still on bad terms.

Different situations. Vader ain't in Savage and Warrior's situation. It was one scuffle and they made up afterwards. People are blowing it way out of proportion.

Not to mention Jesse White is a bull, kid has a great look and tons of potential. One little fight between two old guys doesn't warrant that sort of response.

Still waiting on a heel to use Savage's name in disgust like Batista did Eddie's. However, Punk will never do that so it will have to be another heel. Granted, Rey was Eddie's best friend so it made sense for Batty to do it. Can't figure how Savages name would come up.
