Convincing argument or not?
Also, do you think anyone else could be today's version of a past JTTS?

Kofi isn't the only Superstar who has been happy to lose since Santana's day. Even Ziggler said he wants to be the "heel that loses."

Coincidence? Hope so.
Bring back the fourth wall
I knew I saw that somewhere.
In 1 word: No!
In two words: Hell No!
In three words: Hell, Fuck No!
In four words: Hell No, Fuck No!
In Five words: Hell to the Fuck No!
Sorry but Kofi just ain't on Chicos level.
I like Kofi but Tito is a legend and one of the best workers of the late 70's/80's.
Kofi would be lucky to be Tito I don't see him being a main eventer so a legendary midcarder is great

WRESTLEMANIA 4 LIFE~~
There was another thread about 2-3 months ago where someone compared Kofi to Tito as well....just saying
Banner Credit: Spike
Don't compare kofi too anyone yet. He has done nothing in like 2 plus years. He is just a bland face. And that is it.
Industry, did you hack spear's account again? Shame on you!
(Just kidding, buddy.)
The fact of the matter is, Kofi hasn't been given a real opportunity to do anything since the Orton feud ended--and every time he picks up some steam, either WWE fails to capitalize on it and advance him, or his idiot tag team partner gets bushed for smoking fake dope.![]()
Most of us seem to like Kofi's in-ring work. Most of us seem to think Kofi has enough charisma to be a successful upper-midcarder at least. Some of us even seem to think that his promo work isn't bad--or, at least, it wasn't the last time he was allowed consistent time to cut promos. Is it a lack of motivation on Kofi's part? Possibly. But I'm more willing to believe that he, like so many of today's stars, have just realized that it doesn't matter what effort you put in anymore, because WWE isn't going to push you either way.
As for Kofi being the next Tito Santana ... who knows? I more see him (like I do a lot of young talent lately) as being the next to follow in the footsteps of Shelton Benjamin, Carlito, and MVP: getting fed up with the cycle, realizing that a good paycheck sometimes isn't good enough, and moving on.
He may be good in the ring. But I don't see him being relevant. At this point I don't really see him having any decent feuds. And I don't see him having mic time on a regular basis.
I think Kofi has a lot of talent and is one of the best high flyers I've ever seen. But Tito was on a higher playing field than Kofi ever was as of now. Plus Tito himself was very athletic at 245 pounds, a great technician, and could brawl. Technically and brawling wise, Kofi isn't on Tito's level. Plus Tito was involved in classic blood and guts feuds with guys like Valentine. Kofi has a lot of potential and still has room to grow. But to be compared to Tito at his point is premature. Tito actually will be remembered for winning for matches and being great on deep ass rosters in AWA and WWF. Kofi is closer to Koko B. Ware than a Santana, Rey, or Steamboat kind of face.
Again, that has more to do with WWE's booking than anything else. How can someone be relevant, if the company doesn't give them an opportunity to be relevant? Kofi's done good as a midcard champion time and again, and kept the struggling tag division afloat as best he could. But he hasn't been relevant in years because WWE has made him irrelevant.
See, it's like criticizing Drew McIntyre for not being relevant. He hasn't been relevant in years because WWE hasn't done anything to make him relevant; and now that he's been given a shot in the 3MB, he's finally been given a chance to become relevant again. Guys can only run with the ball if they're allowed to lay a finger on the ball.
Stripping away the nostalgia...
Mid to upper mid card babyface who has fan support, does flashy moves, and will probably never be World Champion?
Well. If the shoe fits.
*drops the mic*
*walks off the stage*
Yeah off course it's the bookers fault. They can just ruin a guy completely. And when the wrestler does get a angle. You no longer care for them. Drew is doing okay in his new role. But I don't see kofi doing anything else other than bland irrelevant baby face.
I don't think the guy could hold down a fued. But I guesse we will just have too find out.
For a guy who'd never been given a real chance before, he did a pretty good job with his feud with Orton and Legacy. If he'd been given consistent opportunities following that, he would have matured into a pretty damn good upper-midcard talent, maybe even bridged into the main event briefly as needed. But, of course, a handful of little mistakes (mistakes far less than the ones Orton has made) cost him years of potential opportunity.
For a roster as thin as WWE's has been for years, it baffles me how they squander talent, ignoring potential stars at best and driving them away at worst. Not just Kofi. Most of their talent has been wasted by their ineptitude.
