The Attitude Era DVD Discussion Thread

With it being due out so soon, has anyone seen a content list for the DVD? Who plans on purchasing it? What will have to be included for it to live up to your expectations?

I honestly have very little interest in this DVD. The highlights of the era are all available in superstar sets - and I don't want to revisit the crap. If they do a really in-depth documentary I'm interested, but otherwise I'm not so sure what to expect.

I'm assuming by focusing on Eddie, Malenko, and Saturn. So really, why bother? Benoit was the major one.

That was my thought. Yeah, Eddie is awesome - but at the time, Benoit was the big deal as he was WCW Champion. In the past it was always referenced as a huge deal, but it will take some serious revisionism to act like Malenko, Eddie and Saturn jumping ship was a big deal at all. It'll be interesting to see if they attempt to do that or if they just breeze over it.

They might make it about the four of them, and not really make it about individuals and play up the 'stable' aspect of it, and then branch off and say how Eddie became WWE champion and Malenko is now a road agent for WWE. (Sorry Saturn!)

Probably so. They were the top 3 guys, but it would be nice to see more midcarders get their due.

DX coverage but not just HHH/HBK. Some decent footage with the Outlaws.

Hopefully plenty of Edge & Christian/Hardyz/Dudleyz stuff.

At least a few hardcore title matches.

Hopefully at least one Shane McMahon match.

Expect some Invasion stuff, but anything post-September I don't really care about, except Survivor Series.
