There has been talk of trying to get The Rock to return to RAW in the next few weeks to help boost ratings.
- Michael Hayes has been pushing hard to keep WrestleMania Season "simple" with The Rock defeating WWE Champion CM Punk at the Royal Rumble and the losing the title to John Cena at WrestleMania 29. At this point, nothing is set in stone.
At least one person on the WWE creative team has suggested that they not do Rock vs. Cena II at all. The argument is that there are no more one-time-only dream matches, there haven't been any in years and there aren't really any that can be done anytime in the near future - at least dream matches of the magnitude of Cena vs. Rock.
With that said, chances are slim that Rock-Cena II won't happen because they want WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble to be huge this year.
I'm still up in the air about the idea. I rather have Cena/Taker but it probably will never happen
All I want is Rock to show up every week while he's champion. I have a good feeling they'd try harder knowing that their match at 28 wasn't as good as it could've been.

I think people talked about this in another thread however Wrestlemania 29 will likely go;
Cena vs. Rock 2
Taker vs. Brock
Punk vs. HHH
Sure, two of those feuds may have worn a bit thin but those 3 matches alone have $$$$$$$$$ written all over them. Plus Rock and Brock will get the WWE a ton of media attention. If I were Vince, this is how I would book it too.

Also, as far as the Mania card is concerned, Austin doing a video promo on Punk has convinced me that their Mania match might be a possibility. That doesn't mean that I think it will end up happening, because we know how Austin is. But I think all parties are planning on doing it at this point, whether that's next year or the year after.
In fact to predict the whole card;
-Cena vs. Rock 2
-Taker vs. Brock
-Punk vs. HHH
-Sheamus vs. (I hope someone new like Cody Rhodes, however likely to be Sheamus vs. Orton vs. Del Rio)
-Some celebrity match likely involving big show
-Bryan vs. Kane
-Cara vs. Mysterio
-Something diva related
-a multi-person match featuring the usual suspects - midcard title holders, people getting pushes, people returning from injury and of course the comedy relief wrestlers

The Rock .Vs Brock Lesnar-PART II
You could sell the shit out of it,and that match would get a hell of a lot more main stream media coverage sense now The Rock is a Hollywood and movie star and Brock Lesnar is former UFC star.This kind of match could bring in a lot of older fans and even more important casual fans.
I'd save Rock versus Brock II for 30.
I'd do Cena vs Rock II, Brock vs Taker, Punk vs HHH for WM 29.
Then do Cena/Taker, Brock vs Rock, and Punk vs Austin for WM XXX. My only question for that card is what the hell is the main event...
Vote godAM and WrestlingMVP for TT KOTF
That's easy Its Austin match.He is arguable the biggest star in pro wrestling history(probably really 2nd behind Hulk Hogan) so sense he's the biggest star and would then becoming back after a decade plus long retirement he would have to get the nod.Plus he would be working with the #2 man in the WWE in CM Punk.
Don't want your left nut, I just want the match to happen
Who is the boss? Who made wrestling? Who is sports entertainment?
WRESTLEMANIA 4 LIFE~~
Twice in a life time...and then wrestlemania 30...third in a lift time

Going back to OP, Of course Rock needs and is going to come back soon. They have to start building for RR. They basically said they want to start making the big four big again the past year+, with Rock tagging with Cena at SS, Rock/Cena at Mania, HHH/Brock at Summerslam, and now Rock vs WWE champ at RR. So the build to the match is going to need to be big. It won't be some three to five week thing between TLC and RR. He'll begin making appearences either via satellite or in the arena starting before SS. Cutting promos on being back, can't wait for RR, and on Cena, Punk, and whoever else.
The only way Cena/Rock will be interesting the 2nd time around (not that it was great the 1st time either) is if one of them turns heel. The fans are not going to boo Rock no matter how heelish he acts at this point, so the only option is to turn Cena heel which we all know won't be happening. So lets just hope they don't do Cena/Rock 2 at all.
