Thread: Why always such tiny jobbers?

Default Why always such tiny jobbers?

I don't understand why they always use tiny young men as their 'local jobbers' these days. Back in the days of WCW the jobbers actually looked like a threat... there are certainly plenty of bigger, scarier looking indy wrestlers out there who wouldn't mind appearing on WWE TV even as a jobber, wouldn't they make the monsters squashing them look better (as opposed to some 5'10 190 pound kids)?

No, because they want people to Ryback to just be able to throw them around the ring like rag dolls.

What looks more impressive. A guy hitting a move as it's going to be seen most of the time in his first match, or hitting it on a skinny runt in his first match and damn near killing the guy as he's folded in half.

I bet Goldbergs offense would have looked a million times more deadly if he was hitting it on Colin Delaney instead of Mongo.

Well, I could sell better than Mongo, so that's a poor example.

Not really. If Goldshlacher hit you with a spear, I don't think you'd be 'selling' so much as crying for your mommy.

Unfortunately, there was a few crossed wires, and instead of Terminating life, he's Terminating food.

He'll be back... for the rice crispie treats.
