Default WWE TV on Hulu Plus

    http://www.variety.com/article/VR111...?refCatId=1009

So starting today, all of WWE TV will be available on Hulu Plus. Bad news first: due most likely to TV contracts and ad money, the shows will be available THE DAY AFTER. Now, this may be a deal breaker for some. But for those that work late or are otherwise busy and can't watch until late, this means they can go to sleep and watch it the next day or whenever they get a chance to. Also, people that don't want to watch, let's be real, poor to very poor quality streams or videos on dailymotion or youtube can wait and see them in WWE quality.

This will also allow people that missed shows to catch up or go back and watch matches or segments they missed and/or wanted to see again easily. Versus trying to go back and find videos that weren't taken down by WWE.

Also, as of right now, it's only going to be shows that are on air. However, if this turns into a success, I think there is a chance for older stuff to get on there, and maybe even PPVs and collections a while after they have been for sale, like maybe the same time frame as their stuff on Netflix.

I tried Hulu a while ago for free, and now I am very, very tempted to go back

Will they still have shows available through the WWE website? I've relied on that to watch Smackdown on the off weekend where I actually have something to do on a friday night.

That is good news to me, I use to catch Smackdown on Hulu but those were pretty much a week after airing. I don't have hulu plus right now anymore but I will have to look into it again. I hope they put older shows on there as well.

No, all TV shows will be exclusively on Hulu Plus.

Unfortunately, at this time we only have the rights to stream the 90 minute version. I know it's frustrating to discover that the full episodes aren't available on Hulu.com as you expected.

    WWE are such jackasses.

Good luck getting people to pay for shorter versions of Raw when they can watch the whole thing for free on television.

Does Hulu Plus have commercial interruptions?

Free? You still have to pay for cable to get USA.

WWE probably want to air the whole thing on Hulu, but USA is probably resisting.

True, but cable is something that most people have anyway.

This might get me to drop my cable service. I'd save big bucks getting Hulu over that.
