Who would you fire, and why?

If you could future endeaver any one on the roster. Who do you dislike, who should not be employed by the wwe. I would fire Albert del rio. Simply because he is boring stale and extremely overrated. He should not be in the mainevent scene IMO. My second choice is orton he too is boring and stale. Also he is arrogant and he has two strikes, he has already done everything, they is not much more for him too do. My third choice is swagger, they is no hope for him.

I'm sure most people would expect me to say John Cena however that would be a bad idea considering how much he brings to the table... so I guess I'd have to go with either Brodus Clay or Ryback.

I'd fire Cena. Just cause I don't like him at all. Vince and company could put anyone in that spot and make them a superstar. He's done it for years and will continue to do so. The company wouldn't go under if he was gone. I am sick of him, neve liked him, and has done nothing for me.

Hire? That's a tough one. Probably Jeff Hardy. Who cares what he did in the past, the dude is amazing and a fabulous wrestler. Yes. I am a Hardy fan.

They wouldn't hire back Hardy not cuz of his past, but his present condition. Can he be trusted anymore?

I would fire Orton, who bores me and doesn't wanna be there anyway. He can't wait till he retires and you can easily tell. I would bring Dean Ambrose on the show immediately, pretty sure he could fill Orton's boots easily and he wouldn't need to be pushed year after year like Orton did to become a main eventer.

I get the argument that will happen against this, that he's a draw and his merchandise sells (though I really don't think it does that well anyway, especially given the level he is on). But sometimes you have to make an example out of someone that clearly doesn't care about what he does anymore. Drug suspensions, gets into things with fans (heel or face), screaming at cameramen...Orton is just a liability PR wise and eventually this will blow up to a new level at that. I'd get rid of him at this point as I don't feel he is worth what he brings to the table. You're paying someone one of the highest salaries on roster, and yet you're still watching and waiting for the next big blow-up. I don't see how he's worth the investment and he'll be easily replaceable as well.

I wouldn't fire any of the talent, they only do as they're told.

I would fire most of the writers though, and most of the yes men in the back, and most of the hire ups in the company.

I would fire Vince, or at least have him re leaved of duty from being in control of everything.

I agree with whoever said Del Rio. Sorry, but this guy hasn't been interesting since before he won the MITB. I have never been this bored with a decent wrestler before, but there you have it. If he's not going to be bumped to the mid-card, then he needs to be gone.

Great picks. Agreed on both. Christian hit his peak years ago. Does he even get a reaction anymore? I don't watch.

Both Kofi and Christian have been victims of WWE booking. Can hardly hold blame on either.

Christian does still get a good reaction, but its dwindling. Since hes come back from TNA he hasnt been a solid face or heel for extended times, too many switches has hurt him. At this stage in his career he reminds me a lot of Greg Gagne. I did love his 'One more match' phase though.

I agree what your saying about kofi jacky, but Christian is still in his prime. He is great too have around too get the news guys over etc. He also fits in realy well with wwe's current product. And maybe another world title run is in the horizon. But for some reason he does not get that much off a pop. Why I don't know? Probally because most off the fans are ignorant cena loving pricks

I think Christian still has it in the ring, but I think his recent heel run kinda pushed him down a notch, despite being in the World title scene with Orton. I don't think he should have turned heel, and like TME said, the booking hasn't been good for him lately.

I also read a report that they don't want to heavily feature him between now and TNA's Bound for Glory PPV. Not that there is heat on him, but they don't want him appearing for TNA while in the middle of a feud in WWE. Could just be a false dirt sheet rumor though.

I'd fire CM Punk. He's the very definition of an underachiever and he's overrated as a worker.

I'd also fire Big Show because he's completely maxed out as far as things for him to do.

He's also pretty badly beat up from injuries building up over the years. Time off being used to recover.

I don't think Cena is bad and I think he does what he's instructed to do pretty well, but the WWE is complacent and has been for years. The WWE needs a jolt, a major shakeup. I would throw caution to the wind and lose Cena just to shake things up.

Cena is the WWE establishment, the standard practice and procedure. You want a new WWE, a radical WWE, you get rid of the standard practice and procedure.

Again, don't take this post as a commentary on Cena's work, but rather as a commentary on the dire need to change the WWE's status quo.

Oh, and Big Show. Dear God I would get rid of Big Show.
