No draft... Diluted Brand Split... Does it matter?

So we've yet to see a 2012 draft for the Smackdown and Raw brands. We've also seen every Raw superstar on Smackdown and every Smackdown superstar on Raw. Added, to all of this, we've seen very little reference or brand pride going around i.e. Booker slating Raw or Cole slating Smackdown.

Does it matter? Is there even a brand split anymore? There are very few members of the Raw roster who are Raw only. There are however a few Smackdown guys who never appear on Raw.

So what I'm wondering is - Does the brand split matter to WWE anymore since HHH took over and do you think they plan on shaking things up anytime soon?

How many threads are we going to have about this? No the brand split doesn't matter anymore, because they don't have enough stars at the present to make it feasible. The only reason it still exists is for house show circuits.

This pretty much spot on. The roster is lacking, so it's spread thing across the brands.
