Joe: Retaliation now being released in March 2013 just 9 days before WrestleMania 29, it's going to be extremely difficult for him to appear episodes of RAW leading up to the big show. The Rock is known for going all out promoting his movies, something that means a lot to Hollywood executives and the success of a movie's opening box office numbers. Especially if the movie opens internationally around the same time, he's going to be flying all over the world doing premiere events and media appearances.

I do not see the rock wrestle at wreslemania 29 and the rock is like to wrestle at summerslam next year.

The Rock (I imagine) has a contract with the WWE which will require him to attend a certain number of Raws prior to next years 'Mania. This is afterall happening because the Movie is being moved, Rock's involvement with the WWE has long been agreed.

Best case scenario is Rock does the GI Joe promotional work whilst also mentioning the WWE. Everyone wins.

I'd be okay with him winning the belt in the Chamber and then dropping it to Cena at Mania.

My main point was that I don't want to see the guy get another big WrestleMania win as a reward for showing up for a third of the buildup. Whether it's his fault or not.

Right now, there's only speculation on what type of role Rock will have next year. For all we know, he might have to hot potato across cities, or G.I. Joe gets delayed again, or if they postpone Rock until after Wrestlemania, and convince Stone Cold to wrestle instead.

The current WWE product is nothing more than a tepid pool of failure and its lead star is a corny, swollen dope who does does dated Ace Ventura impressions in his promos. The wrestling for the most part is mediocre and the performers have no true voice. It's a castrated product, de-balled to serve as a backdrop for Linda McMahon's political aspirations. No one outside of the devoted fanboy cares about the WWE product anymore. Why do you think the WWE is so pathetically desperate to link itself to celebrities and social media such as Twitter? The WWE is desperate to appear relevant. Why do you think the WWE bent over backward to get Lesnar on board? Because its desperate to appear legitimate.

Sorry, kiddo, but without The Rock, who has transcended the WWE and thus become bigger than the WWE, showing up, the WWE would continue its slow descent into irrelevancy.
