I believe his gimmick is suppose to be the terminator. I would like to see how he does. The man is a beast I can't seem him doing anything on the mic which could kill his career. Maybe a feud with kane will do something for him.

the dude does shit like press slams released into powerslams.
he's goldberg-ing it up the best he can.
the sole thing he has in common with rhino is the similair tights. and even then he's wearing fight gloves with a shaved head and goatee![]()

are they going to act like he was not Skip Sheffield, and with nexus?
I'm a fan. Liked him during his his days with Regal. I enjoyed him as the goofy cowboy as well as the nexus muscle. He performed both his roles well and it just showed he had the potential for variety.
I'm happy that he is back on SD and hope that he is good things in store for him. My only complaint is his attire. It didn't really suit him, his older look was better.
Heteroflexible
Seems like they are treating him like Tensai (they need to drop the word Lord and just call him Tensai IMO). They are going to acknowledge that he has a history in the E but they aren't going to go into the details. It seems like they are trying to appease the fans who remember the old characters but not wanting to expose the new fans to them.

Out of the three mark is the logical choice. But ryback needs a lot more time before he faces a top star like mark. And mark needs to stay in the mainevent. But if they isnt anything for him to do in the future. He could have a fued with him on smackdown. Like what randy was doing with rhodes.
I like him. Although I think they should play up the cyborg terminator gimmick more and give him a nickname like "The Machine" or "The War Machine".
I'm liking Ryback more and more each week. He has amazing intensity. I love it when he screams "FINISH...HIM!" before hitting his finisher. I'm beginning to warm to his clothesline/lariat too, skinny jobbers make it look brutal.
Many thanks to Stefan for the banner!
gotta admit his 3 minute squashes have been the best part of SD each week for me.
much like goldberg in the 90's im looking forward to his matches the most each week. so he's pulling it off so far! but its obvious:
clothsline from hell=spear
fishermansbuster variation=jackhammer
even his taunting between those 2 moves are similar. but fuck if im not loving it!![]()

He totally reminded me of Goldberg last night..
I guess I am in the minority .
I don't like Ryback at all and I am actually disliking him more each week .
I am just so sick an tired of power wrestlers debuting and then having squash matches week after week .
I find him to be really boring .
I find him screaming "Finish Him" to be really stupid .

surrender
It's become comedy, they pick guys that couldn't beat any of the divas to face him lol
Ryback is how Goldberg would look like if he turned gay and fell in love with RVD's leotard.

I like how WWE is pushing Ryback, with squash matches, as well as having WWE wrestlers check him out backstage, which makes him seemed somewhat like a man to watch.
The only problem is that I don't see him getting a sustained push.
Credit to BenoitsGurl for it!!!
Putting Kane with Ryback is the last thing I would ever do. Kane(as well as the Big Show) has a reputation for terrible feuds and usually terrible matches. I argued last year that a Big Show feud was career suicide since it took Punk a while to get back to where he as after his Big Show feud and Wade Barrett is not even near where he was after his Big Show feud.
I think they are booking Ryback good so far. It depends on if the crowd gets behind him though and if they can teach him to work in non-squash matches. You could get a Goldberg out of this, but you could also get a Bobby Lashley. I'd say just keep doing what they are doing and have him start working longer matches on the house shows.

Him feuding with Shamus for the title wouldn't be bad you could build him up as a monster only to be feed to shamus.
He's a big dude that squashes small dudes.
It's WWE. We've seen this once or twice before. Maybe if they were to run with the Terminator gimmick, I might be interested. I really don't get how people still get into it.
