The Lord of the Rings Online MMO

They have put up a free trial for the game on their website (http://www.lotro.com/trial/index.php). I love the world of tolkien and have gotten a bit tired of WOW as of late, so I figured I would give it a go. Only problem is I have seen very few people wondering about Middle-Earth. Wondering if anyone else here plays and how the game fairs at later levels.

I would give it a look, but by the sound of things all the MMO's in NSW, Will be off the shelf as the OFLC hasn't rated them (Why can't they just keep the ESRB Ratings that are fine!) and are apparently illegal to sell :lol:.
Still all of them were still on the shelf when i went into the games shop.

Also i can't say i am a fan of the movies or books, but the gameplay might be enjoyable.

I played beta and when it first came out. Its a decent game. I was a dwarf champion. I got to like level 20ish and stopped playing. Just wasn't feeling it. It's worth giving a look at, even in beta it was pretty bug free. The landscapes are really nice looking, and the story quests are a neat idea. (You get instances of certain quests where a war is going on, or other events)

Its worth a trial. Then again I'll try any beta/trial atleast once.
